I thought so too. My goal is to make 1st stage upgrade this weekend and follow up with interior design improvement at a reasonable cost. After all is done, from Jan, I plan to increase the price from around $50 to $150 based on the improvement we make. All the new improvement will make our property more attractive to potential guests too.
